Stonefield assisted in the redevelopment of an existing golf course with an age-restricted housing development. Our team prepared a Traffic Impact Study and worked with the NYSDOT regarding improvements at the adjacent signalized intersection. Stonefield closely coordinated with the NYSDOT to prepare an analysis of the existing traffic signal span wire which determined if additional loading could be supported by the existing infrastructure. Accordingly, traffic signal backplates were installed in an effort to improve traffic safety at the intersection. Stonefield’s expert testimony and traffic analysis supported the project’s approval.
