Woodhaven Marketplace, Michigan

The southeast corner of Allen Road and Gatehouse Drive in Woodhaven, Michigan has been developed into a 18,709 multi-tenant retail facility. The development is providing the City of Woodhaven with retail and restaurant users as well as a swim school. During the development of this site, a unique situation occurred where conditions were discovered in the field that prohibited the connection of the proposed watermain to the existing watermain in Allen Road. Stonefield worked diligently to come up with a solution with the City of Woodhaven as well as the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality to properly provide water supply to the development.
