As a part of the process of gaining approval for the final portion of this large development in Montvale New Jersey, our designers modeled the site to prove to the town this was a feasible design and deserved to be built. In addition to the architectural rendering, our designers also provided the traffic team drone footage with the proposed site plan laid overtop to further explain traffic movement in real time.
