Stonefield has been working with Kean Development on the proposed mixed-use development in downtown Huntington, New York. This project on Main Street will bring both residential units and retail space to an under-utilized portion of the vibrant downtown while still maintaining the character of the neighborhood. Our team has supported the development through a traffic and parking analysis of public parking in downtown Huntington.
