Westfield Planning Application

Stonefield worked closely with the project team and applicant who proposed a microbrewery on the subject property.  The proposal included brewery production, a taproom area and retail sales.  In addition, the applicant was seeking to provide an outdoor area where patrons could socialize and enjoy the microbrews made on site.  Stonefield presented planning testimony to support variances including parking and wall signage.  Testimony was required to discuss the adequacy of parking supply and demonstrate the aesthetic enhancements to the site inclusive of the new signage and many other features.
