Warehouse Fiscal Impact Analysis

Stonefield’s planning team reviewed and examined all potential impacts of a proposed 243,360 square foot warehouse building on a 28-acre site. A review of existing and proposed tax revenue from the site in the post construction condition was analyzed to estimate the net tax benefit for the municipality. The findings of the fiscal impact analysis included a net positive impact on the municipalities tax revenue.
