Top Golf Use Variance

Stonefield provided professional expert witness professional planning testimony in support of a bi-furcated use variance application for the construction of a Top Golf Entertainment Facility. Like many other similar large-scale entertainment-uses, the municipal zoning ordinance did not explicitly permit sports entertainment facilities. Stonefield’s planning division reviewed the municipal zoning ordinance and provided support for use variance relief in accordance with the Municipal Land Use Law. The location will be the third in New Jersey.
