School-Age Children Study

Stonefield prepared a School-age Children Study to analyze the potential impacts of a proposed 4-story mixed use development on the public school system. By utilizing industry accepted multipliers for determining the number of anticipated school-age children a project will generate, the team was able to understand how the proposed development would impact the school system and classroom sizes.
