Stonefield has been working with Stevens Institute of Technology on various campus improvement projects over the past several years. In order to promote the growth and development of Stevens, our team worked with the administration to propose a new zoning ordinance that includes new land use and bulk requirements for new development on campus. Our team conducted traffic and parking studies to understand the parking demand on campus. As a result, we developed Transportation Demand Management (TDM) initiatives to reduce vehicle traffic to the campus while promoting public transit, bicycle travel, and pedestrian infrastructure improvements.
