The planning team at Stonefield provided expert testimony to get this affordable housing, mixed-use project approved in Newark, NJ. This high-rise is 16 stories tall and contains 66 affordable units. The development also features ground floor retail. Additionally, Stonefield provided traffic engineering services to help bring this piece of history back to life after a 50-year delay.
