Stonefield provided traffic engineering services for this mixed-use development in Toms River that features waterfront walkways, a small amphitheater, and public parking built in. In compliance with the redevelopment agreements – our engineers designed the site to feature shared parking, thus, reducing the final number of parking spaces by 25%.
