Large parking lots and tall parking garages are very common in American cities and in most cases, are underutilized. By eliminating existing parking spaces or providing a parking supply that meets the “true” demands of a site, we can make our cities more efficient. In order to understand the parking demand of a proposed development program, Stonefield conducts site observations, collects field inventory, and analyzes parking utilization data.
