This roof deck is a part of a multi-family residential building. The amenity space is designed for the residents of the building and has several drawing points such as a dog park, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, planting area, dining space, and general seating. The roof deck is designed to be low maintenance by resting on a pedestal paver system with complete with underdrains.
