Pedestrian Connectivity

Historically sites throughout suburban areas have not contemplated pedestrian accommodations.  As governing bodies more strongly advocate for pedestrian walkability and accessibility, the walking path does not end at the frontage sidewalks.  Stonefield works with developers and Municipalities to create connective routes from the frontage sidewalks to the walkways that continue into sites and ultimately bring the pedestrian to the front door.  A well-delineated path sends a clear message to all site users.  In Fairfield, NJ we have accomplished this throughout the site.
