Located in the heart of Town, this proposed park and building reinvent the circulation patterns. The park space would serve as a central green with activator space in a grand lawn area. Sensitivities to NJDEP restrictions are accounted for and the plantings plan reflects the use of native species. The repairing and restoration of Mine Brook is a central design focus within the designed plan.
