This proposed 4-story multi-family residential development consists of ground floor retail users and 92 residential units above. The site is located within a lively, downtown area designated for redevelopment (commonly known as the ‘Springwood Redevelopment Area’). The site includes a surface parking/garage area with mechanical parking components, 2nd floor office areas, both private and common terrace areas, landscape/green roof areas, and streetscape/landscape improvements surrounding the building. Additionally, the site proposes pervious pavement areas and an underground infiltration basin to meet new NJ stormwater regulations and to compensate for the large increase in impervious surfaces.
