Located at the intersection of the Garden State Parkway and Interstate 78, the new CubeSmart self-storage facility will be a notable landmark for travelers on both major highways. Stonefield designed the site improvements to support the new 145,800 square foot climate-controlled self-storage building with supporting parking and driveway improvements. Stonefield presented the application to the Township of Hillside Zoning Board and obtained municipal Site Plan approval.
