Alkova Hackensack

Burgeoning NJ Development Firm Alkova commences demolition to create a new, exciting project in the Hackensack downtown.  Named 170 Main Street, this project will be comprised of a 14-story building with structured parking, ground floor retail, and enhanced streetscape features.  The redevelopment plan authored by DMR Architects and the landscape architecture design of John Olivo coupled with the architecture of Minno Wasko and engineering of Stonefield has brought to life the vision of Alkova.  Stay tuned for future updates on the project’s continued construction progress.  Classic elements like the iconic rode iron fence will be replaced with updated, modern design details.
