Named 170 Main Street, this project will be comprised of a 14-story building with structured parking, ground floor retail, and enhanced streetscape features. The redevelopment plan authored by DMR Architects and the landscape architecture design of John Olivo coupled with the architecture of Minno Wasko and engineering of Stonefield has brought to life the vision of Alkova.
