This approved multifamily residential complex was highlighted by our landscape architect team. A park with organic walking trail and seating nooks is incorporated as part of the overall design. Included as part of the streetscape design are elevated crossing paths and the use of different paving materials. These techniques assist in slowing the flow of traffic and emphasize the pedestrian experience.
