Traffic
Engineering
Joining our Traffic group means working on one of the most high-impact parts of development: helping projects earn approvals and move forward through smart, defensible traffic solutions. Your work will be used to support studies and reports, develop mitigation strategies, and collaborate with developers and agencies across multifamily, commercial, retail, industrial, and office projects. With experience on 2,000+ projects throughout the eastern U.S., our team experience offers hands-on growth, real project responsibility, and the opportunity to solve complex roadway and intersection challenges every day.
Planning
Help create a true sense of community by improving livability for those who live in them. As part of the planning team, you’ll collaborate closely with engineers and designers to develop holistic, people-focused plans-from early visioning through approvals. You’ll also gain hands-on experience with tools like safety analyses, road audits, community mapping, and plan renderings to help bring these projects to life.
Land Survey
Our Survey team is comprised of experienced land surveyors and technicians supporting projects across residential, industrial, retail, utility, institutional, and government development. Joining the team means working with skilled field crews and the latest surveying technology to collect accurate data, meet fast-moving timelines, and deliver high-quality survey production on projects of all sizes and complexity.

As a Landscape Architect at Stonefield, you’ll collaborate with planners, civil engineers, and designers to create cohesive site designs-from early concepts and approvals through construction-balancing aesthetics, function, and sustainability. Our creative team is comprised of artists, designers, and engineers who bring the Stonefield brand-and our projects-to life. Joining the team means producing work in both physical and digital formats while growing expertise in the fields of branding, print, 3D, motion and apparel with deliverables ranging from architectural renderings to promotional campaigns.
