Stonefield provided site/civil and traffic engineering services for a new 2-story, 25,500 SF medical office. Site constraints included shallow groundwater conditions which required the design and installation of an alternative stormwater drainage system on-site. Additional services included sanitary design and permitting with the Suffolk County DPW and Department of Health Services.
