Stonefield provided professional surveying, site/civil, traffic and planning services in support of the six-story mixed-use building along Speedwell Avenue whose office space will be the future Valley National Bank headquarters. Stonefield worked closely with SJP Properties, the consultant team, Town and NJDOT on associated permitting and approvals. A Temporary Certificate of Occupancy was recently obtained, and the building is set to open by fall.
