Impervious Coverage

We recognize the challenges that can be created with impervious coverage limitations.  Site to site, zone to zone, and Town to Town these rules often change and in many cases require some creativity to overcome.  In Fairfield, NJ, we employed pavered parking areas to pave the way for approval as impervious coverage was a critical element during the review process.  Not only does the difference in paving materials help to meet the Township requirement, it also creates a visually appealing parking lot which discrupts the typical "black-top" look of a site.  It combines extremely well with the building and landscaping design to create a strong aesthetically appealing site design.
